# Users

> Invite users to Klaritics by email, assign a role and workspace, resend pending invitations, and activate or deactivate accounts from Settings.

Administrators manage users at the organization level, under **Settings → Users & Permissions**.

Who you can invite, and which role you can give them, is governed by the role hierarchy described in [Roles](/settings/roles).

| **Send invite again** | Resend the invitation to the user |
| **Deactivate / Activate** | Remove or restore the user's access to that particular workspace |
