Third Party Cohorts in Klaritics let you bring cohort definitions from external systems into your instance. Once imported, these cohorts behave like native Klaritics cohorts. You can use them to filter analyses, compare segments in Funnels, and measure Retention for groups you have already defined elsewhere.

Why use third-party cohorts

If your team already defines user segments in another platform, re-creating those filters in Klaritics is repetitive and error-prone. Importing those cohorts directly keeps your segments consistent across tools and saves time.

How it works

1

Connect the external source

Configure the integration with your third-party system from the Integrations settings.
2

Select cohorts to import

Choose which cohorts from the external system should be available inside Klaritics.
3

Sync and refresh

The cohort membership syncs on a schedule you define. Imported cohorts update automatically as the source changes.
4

Use in analyses

Select the imported cohort as a filter or breakdown in any analysis that supports cohorts.

Where you can use imported cohorts

Cohort analysis

Compare behavior across imported and native cohorts in Cohorts.

Funnels

Measure conversion rates for specific imported segments.

Retention

Track how well an imported cohort retains over time.

Dashboard filters

Apply imported cohorts as filters on dashboard widgets for focused views.
Imported cohorts are read-only inside Klaritics. Edit the cohort definition in the source system and the changes will sync on the next refresh.
