If a user reports an issue, look them up in Real-time Users to see their recent event trail.
Validate onboarding flows
Walk through a new user journey yourself and confirm your activity appears in the live view.
Confirm SDK connectivity
After SDK setup, trigger events and verify that your user session appears in the list.
Real-time Users shows current activity only. For historical session analysis and retention, use User Sessions or Retention.
