How Klaritics works

Instrument your product

Add a Klaritics SDK and start sending events. Every SDK uses the same pattern: supply your project_id and server_host, then log events. For servers, jobs, and other systems, use the External API instead.

Organize what you collect

Events arrive and appear in Real-Time Events within moments. Use Event Taxonomy to name, categorize, and control the visibility of every event you track.

Ask questions of the data

Build a funnel, measure retention, check how many days a week users come back, or compare feature breadth against depth. Each saved analysis becomes a chart.

Assemble and share

Pin charts to dashboards or the project Overview, then share them as Private, Restricted, or Project-wide. Set alerts so you hear about changes without looking.

Klaritics separates two layers of access control.
Dashboards and charts carry independent permissions. Being able to edit a dashboard does not grant access to the charts pinned to it.
