Alert webhooks send a JSON payload to your endpoint whenever something happens to an alert — when it triggers, and also when it’s created, edited, paused, or goes out of sync. Use them to route alerts into chat tools, incident systems, or your own automation. Each payload carries both a human-readable summary and structured condition objects, so it works for people reading it and for code acting on it.

Add a webhook

Go to Settings → Integrations → Notification Webhooks and click Add Webhook. You can also reach it from Manage Webhooks on the Alerts page. You can create as many connections as you need, then pick one when you set up an alert’s notifications.

Manage connections

The connections table shows each webhook’s Name, URL (with sensitive parts masked, such as https://hooks.example.com/***), Created At, and Status.

Delivery activity

Click a connection to see every delivery sent to it:

Retries

Only Active connections receive events. Paused connections receive nothing, and every delivery gets its own Run ID.
